Yep - you’ll need to download the companion app (available on both iOS and Android). This is where you can track your child’s location, make calls, and manage settings like SOS alerts.

02.   Can I use any SIM card?

Yes, you can use any 4G-compatible SIM card, but we recommend sticking with the included Melon Mobile SIM for the best connection and support.

03.   Is the watch waterproof?

No, the Jr1 and Jr2 are not waterproof, but they are IP68 water-resistant, meaning they can handle splashes, rain, and handwashing. Just don’t take it swimming or into the bath.

04.   Do you have any support?

It’s perfect for kids aged 5 to 12 years old - basically from the “Mom, I can walk myself to class” stage to the “I promise I’m at rugby practice” era.

Very accurate. The Jr 1 uses a triple positioning system (GPS + WiFi + LBS) to give you the most reliable location updates possible.

08. How do I set it up after unboxing?

It’s super simple:

09. Can both parents track the same watch?
