Shipping Policy for Funkyfing
Thank you for shopping with Funkyfing! We partner with The Courier Guy to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our procedures for processing, shipping, and delivering orders within South Africa.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we process it within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information from The Courier Guy.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Enjoy free standard shipping on all Funkyfing orders:
Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
All delivery times are subject to The Courier Guy’s schedules and service availability.
3. Shipping Areas
Funkyfing, through The Courier Guy, delivers within South Africa. Please note that we do not ship internationally yet.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email updating you on the status of your order. The Courier Guy will also send you an email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number, You can track your order at any time by navigating to “Track My Parcel” on The Courier Guy's Website. Please click here to track your parcel.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is deemed undeliverable by The Courier Guy (due to incorrect address, no recipient available, or other issues), it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, holidays, or adverse weather. The Courier Guy will inform us of any significant delays, and we’ll keep you updated.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will collaborate with The Courier Guy to investigate and resolve the issue. If loss or damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
